We welcome you to enjoy the Whitetail Inn with its scenic view of the St. Germain Golf Course. The logs in the Whitetail Inn, 200 year old white pine trees, came from the Phelps, Wisconsin area from a private tract of land. The trees were one hundred feet tall when cut and were harvested due to the fact they were coming to the end of their life cycle. After the tops were cut, each log exceeded seventy feet in length and weighed more than six thousand pounds. One hundred and sixty trees were cut to build the building. Each log was hand scribed and perfectly fit together over a six month period by Frontier Builders of Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin. The logs were then taken down, numbered and re-set on the current site where the Whitetail Inn was open for business in May, 1993. The Whitetail Inn includes two large fieldstone fireplaces, whitetail antler chandeliers, and world class deer mounts. Open to the public and dedicated to GREAT dining, the Whitetail Inn is a landmark destination for all to enjoy!

We are open for dinner Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm, Thursday through Saturday from 4pm - 9pm & Sundays for brunch from 10am - 2pm. Sunday Brunch buffet is $27/adult and $15/child 10 & under. We have a few "special" Sunday Brunch Buffet menus and pricing throughout the year; those will be posted on our events calendar!
